Our products ship from the State of Indiana 5-7 bussines Days after payment is cleared, via USPS or UPS.

After package is possession of USPS, we're not longer responsable for any delays or loss during transit period.

***PRE ORDER ITEMS***
Shipping time for Pre order items is 4-6 Weeks.

PLEASE CHECK THE MEASUREMENT OF THE WOODBLOCK, DIES THAT ARE WIDER THAN 5.8 INCHES WILL FIT ONLY WITH THE PRO OR PLUS OR LONGER THAN 8 INCHES WILL NEED THE EXTENDED CUTTING PLATES

Intended and tested to work with Sizzix Big Shot, Big Shot Plus, Big Shot Pro, or Big Kick.
Will not work with other manual cutting machines, leather presses, or hammers.

***WILL ACCEPT RETURNS***
As our " Happy Customer" policy we'll exchange any damaged products if the damage prevents you from getting the design that is meant to be; at no extra cost to you (die not cutting, damage blades).

You're responsible for Shipping charges.

We'll be more than happy to Cancel your order with a 10% Cancelation FEE.


***CLEANNING YOUR DIE-CUTS***
Cleaning the fringes, tassels, or blades that are so close to each other is very tricky, use the appropriate leather sheets for these designs. Use the pin to lift the cut shapes (small pieces or clean the edges).

Do not remove the rubber foam, for the safety and protection of the blades.

Clean your cutting pads and use flat pads. Some designs will not be able to get a clean cut if using a bend pad. The key is even pressure.
